Expert Reply:
Yes, the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2-Bike Rack # TH83JV is rated for use behind a motorhome. It will carry e-bikes so long as they are no more than 60 lbs each, and can hold bikes with tires up to 5 inches wide. The only caveat is that this rack won't work with bikes that have fenders because it is a wheel-mounted bike rack.
I have added a link below to a video review for you of the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2-Bike Rack # TH83JV.
If your e-bikes are heavier than 60 lbs or have fenders the best option for a motorhome-approved bike rack is the Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack # S94FR.
This is a frame-mounted bike rack so it will work with bikes that have fenders, and it has a 70 lb per-bike capacity. The E-Spec will hold bikes with tires up to 3 inches wide so if your bikes have larger tires (up to 5 inches) you will still be able to use the E-Spec but will simply need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679.
