Question:
I just got a Furrion 3 camera vision S system. The rear and right side camera synced, but not the left. It is not getting power. I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 Z71 and a brand new 2021 Prowler RV. Do I need the Furrion Power Adapter or I have to check the camper’s wiring? Thank you for your advice!

Yes it sounds as if you need to check your wiring. Check for power just behind the light with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 this will tell you if your splice is bad or if you are in fact not getting any power from the camper.
If there is no power then you should check the wires running to that light back to the trailer plug. If all other lights are on but this one is not active the problem area should be close to the light.
The Furrion 7-Way Adapter # FR87PR is just going to provide a more steady current for your camera system by boosting the current to the relay that powers your cameras.
