Cargo Carrier That Can Be Used With A Hitch Extension
Question:
I have a 2019 Ford F450 with a truck camper. I have ordered the Torklift 36extension TLE1636. I would like a light weight cargo carrier and the C18113 looks like it is exactly what I want. I did see it is not recommended for RVs. Since it is technically not hooked to my RV but to my hitch extender with a 720lb TW would it work? I like the 22inch X 60inch with 7inch sides and most importantly the 17 bs.

The 22-1/2x49 Curt Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - Aluminum - 500 lb capacity, Item # C18113 can be used with the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension - 3" Ford Super Duty Factory Hitch - 36" Long Item # TLE1636. Keep in mind any weight reduction while using the extension means the weight carrying capacity of the cargo carrier will go down.
