Will this kit work on my 2015 Ford F53 motor home rear axle?

There are air springs that fit your 2015 Ford F-53 2WD motorhome, but they are different than the kit you mentioned. The springs that do fit are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57344.
Keep in mind these will fit your motorhome so long as it does NOT have a GVWR of 24,000 lbs or 26,000 lbs.
If your motorhome has a 24,000 lb or 26,000 lb GVWR then the suspension upgrade you need is the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-183-54-1.
Please note, the SumoSprings will NOT fit if you have a Fleetwood, Forest River, Newmar, or Thor Motorhome model.
