Do I need an adapter from Yakima Corebar aerodynamic bar and Hullivators?

Yes the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs # TH898 that you referenced does fit the Yakima CoreBar crossbars you mentioned. The included mounts would easily fit around the crossbars.
