Replacement Hinge For Thule Cargo Boxes

Question:

Well, I have a problem with my thule box that broke one of the arms that hold the box, the problem that I have is that it bends to both sides and the one they have in store only on one side. Could you help me by sending photos so you can see the difference.

This can happen in a couple different ways, over time the hinges get weak especially when you don't open the whole lid as even as possible. Make sure whenever you are opening the lid, that it's opening evenly on both sides and do not force it up or down. These hinges are spring loaded and when in the proper orientation, they pop open with ease. Also, whenever you are loading up your cargo, make sure that non of your cargo is overlapping the hinges. That may also result in a broken hinge like you have.
