I searched the site using my car model and the RSP Rhino bars did not show on the list. Will these fit my vehicle or do I need to jump to the Rhino Vortex Aero bars? If so, how do the RSP compare to the more expensive Vortex?

We have a set of Rhino Rack RVP crossbars that fit your 2017 Toyota Highlander with part # RRRVP31 which I believe is your preferred choice for a roof rack. You can't beat the value of this style of Rhino Rack roof rack so it would be what I recommend. You get a high quality flush bar style rack custom fit for your vehicle at a cost that's nearly half of other options that are similar in quality.
The Vortex roof rack part numbers # RRVA137B-2, # RRRCL4, and # RRRCP31-BK does cost a bit more and really only has advantage of having longer crossbars for if you needed more space for accessories.
