Does Booster of TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-FT-4-C Have to be Installed to Function

Question:
I have a 2017 Silverado dual cab regular bed truck. I tow a 35 foot Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel. How far will the monitors work? Is the booster required to reach the monitor in the cab. Will the blue tooth myLink work with the monitors? If you connect the booster to the battery, does the booster continue to draw from the battery even when in storage? Is there a video on the system and how it operates and is hooked up?

The signal booster of the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-FT-4-C is required for use and would be needed with your setup that has a 35 foot 5th wheel. The exact range isn't listed but it was designed for applications just like yours so it would work great for you.
TST states that the amperage draw of the booster is so low that even if you left it connected to your RV battery it would not affect the battery life any worse than standard battery drain that occurs when left alone.
I attached a review video link for you to check out as well.
