Question:

I plan on using the TST sensors for a 24 ft gooseneck aluminum trailer. Where is the best place to mount the booster. The trailer has a V noose so should it be mounted on the front of the noose or actually on my truck. I am concerned because it is all aluminum. Can I wire it right into the 12V power and ground on the seven pin?

The Signal Booster # TST-507-R in the TST TPMS for RVs - Color Display Kit # TST-507-FT-4-C should be mounted on the front of your 24 ft gooseneck trailer. It can be mounted on the outside of the trailer as it is waterproof. You can mount it so as the light is visible when driving so that you can see that it is getting power.

The booster can be mounted to either the battery or wired in on the 7-way so that it will receive 12 volt power when you need them to operate. If you wire it to the 7-way then the booster will only operate when it is plugged into your running truck.
