I purchased the LC363980 unit from your store online to repair my steps. the motor had tested fine. The was installed but things work the opposite way, then they should. When the door opens the steps close, when the door closes the steps open, do I have the part?

I spoke with my contact in the parts department at Lippert, and was told that the # LC363980 isn't the correct control unit for your SCS/Frigette Coach Step. You'll instead need to use the # LC301702, and once the control unit has been swapped out, your steps will operate correctly.
