Does Thule Hullavator Come with Straps for Securing Boats to Vehicle

Hello, you offered me an answer to mounting two Hullavators to my 2017 Toyota 4Runner using hardware from etrailer. My next question is: what are my best options for bow/stern tie-downs?

Actually the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 that you referenced comes with straps for the bow and stern of the boat loaded in it so you would not need to provide those additionally. The carrier comes with everything needed to mount onto your roof rack and carry a boat.
