I have Thule bike rack 515-0109. I need a bolt, washer, bike lock or whatever it takes to fasten the bike rack to hitch with a bike lack. My original is showing a crack-thanks

You're looking for the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2, which is the threaded bolt and locking hitch pin that is used on Thule bike racks like your 515-0109.

Hey Jeff! You can use the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly item #753-3579, you were looking at, to replace the arm on your 515-5190. It does have the length to handle 29" wheels.
