The Yakima LongArm Bed and Roof Load Extender for 2" Hitches # Y01149-1150 simply includes the extender with a 60" crossbar, though you can add a lock and crossbar pad if you like.
For a pad you can use the Crossbar Pad for Yakima LongArm Load Extender # Y07417, and to lock the LongArm and help protect your investment you will need the Yakima HitchLock # Y07235
