Spindles can be replaced for torsion axles, though you would have to get them removed and put on by a professional welder. I have added a link to our selection of spindles for you to check out to see if we have one that matches the capacity and measurements you need.
Another option worth considering is replacing the axle with the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System. These are simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle or spindle that meets any specific measurements. They also offer you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle because the Timbrens work independently so if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer. The Timbren system also gives you a better ride because they have progressive springs that absorb shock better than a traditional axle.
For your 2013 Rockwood 8280WS fifth wheel I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 2" Lift Spindle with Brake Flange # TASR5200S05.
These will use Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-9UC3-EZ.
I have added links to a couple video reviews for you to check out as well.
