Good day, researching brakes for my 4400# axles and came across the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit P/N K23-478-479 Whats the difference between this kit vs. buying the individual left and right brake assemblies at a reduced cost? This kit is made up of the following K23-478-00 and K23-479-00 which are priced at $ Is there something else included that warrants the price increase for buying the kit?

There is no difference between buying the brake assemblies individually or as a kit with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # K23-478-479.
Prices have to do with things like demand, and some people only need individual assemblies, so the prices can be different because technically they are different part numbers. But to get to the heart of your question, you can absolutely order the brakes individually and there is no difference.
