Yes it does! The correct hub and drum for your 2012 Jayco Jay Feather Ultra Lite X17Z Travel Trailer is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles # 84557UC3-EZ.
Along with this hub, for grease I recommend the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease # L11380; for a bearing packer I recommend the Bearing Packer # PTW1218 or # ALL647646.
