I have a 2013 JayCo Feather Ultra Lite, single axle ser# 121817442 3K lbs rating, Dex #3674495. Will this kit fit my trailer? I already purchased 15inch rims/tires but want to raise it a little more, if possible.

You have a 3K rated Dexter # 10 Torflex axle. As long as your axle doesn't have the 3 inch tall mounting brackets, the # K71-707-01 which would provide 2-5/8 inches of lift is the lift kit you'd want.

The # K71-723-01 kit you'd looked at is for the # 9 Torflex, and wouldn't work with your axle.
