Does it come with the safety cables and electrical cord already fished through the arms?

The electrical cord that comes with the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain # RM-676 is already routed through the cable guide but the safety cables are not. This is because some people prefer the cables to be set up on their own.
If you want the cables run through the guide it's actually pretty simple. On one end of the safety cables is a quick link that connects the hook to the actual cable. Just remove that and you can route the wiring through the tow bar.
