Why Are Trailer Tires Wearing on Outside Edges

Question:

I have tire wear on 1 tire on both outside edges tandem axle rest of the tire looks normal

Trailer tires often wear on just the outside of the tire when they are not fully inflated to their maximum psi. With trailer tires you want to inflate them to the maximum psi, which you can find on the tire's sidewall; for example the Westlake Trailer Tire # 274-000012 has a max 65 psi. Doing this will give you the best performance, allowing the tire to wear slower and evenly.
