Would this work in a 12VAC system? Currently have a 45 amp max Converter but will be upgrading to either 55 or 60 max amp converter due to my current one being out dated by 30+ years.

The Furrion Refrigerator for RVs part # FCR43ACA-BL is designed to be used with 120VAC. It will not work with 12VDC without an inverter like the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter part # 34279950.
