Hi i have a 2007 Forest River Cardinal 5th wheel and need a replacement lense that is equipped with a plate light. Any recommendations?

I recommend using the RV Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn, License Plate - Rectangle - Red Lens - Driver Side - Black Base # RVSTB61, which is a multi-function tail light with a license plate light built in. This is the driver's side light; the passenger side light can be obtained with part # RVSTB60.

Without knowing exactly what light you've got on the rear of your 2007 Forest River Cardinal, I can't recommend a replacement lens, but if you can send in a photo of your hold tail light and the measurements of the housing we may be able to locate an acceptable replacement lens.
