The correct replacement brakes for your application are the Left Assembly # AKEBRK-7L-SA and the Right Hand Assembly # AKEBRK-7R-SA.
For a hub/drum assembly you should be able to use part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K which is the matching piece to the brakes listed above, but you'll want to confirm first that you have the inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # 15123, and that your grease seal has a 2.25" inner diameter.
