I believe the tail lights you have are the TecNiq T60 lights which are industry standard 6" oval recessed lights. To replace those you can use the Optronics Fleet LED Trailer Tail Lights # TLL12RK.

If your lights look different than this please send in a picture with some dimensions so I can help you find the correct replacements.

Thank you so much for the picture! Since your T60 lights have the 4 mounting locations I recommend using either the 10 diode # STL78RB or 1 diode # STL002RFB as a replacement. The difference between the 2 options is that the 10 diode will be brighter because it has more diode.
