Compatibility of 27.5 Fat Bikes on Thule T2 Pro XTB

Question:
Your site says the Thule T2 Pro XTB 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2 Hitches will not work with 27.5 fatbikes. I e-mailed Thule and the only thing they told me was to move the rear wheel strap around but I already knew that from your video. What is the reason it will not take a 27.5 fatbike? Is it the the arm that goes over the front tire? I need a rack that will take a 27.5 x 4.5 fatbike tire and my bikes wheelbase is 48. Thanks.

The Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH83JV had a note from the manufacturer that stated it wouldn't fit 27.5 fat bikes so we added that note to the product page per their restriction on 8/2019.
It appears it will work with your bike based on the installation specs I've attached. The sliding rear-wheel cradles allow the rack to accommodate bikes with wheelbases up to 50-1/2" long, tires up to 5" wide, and wheel diameters up to 29 inches.
