I have a fulton jack without a model number but has a weight of 1000 lbs stamped on the base of the wheel housing so i need to see which bevel kit i need to fit the jack i have

The beveled gear kit that you have referenced, # F0933302S00, is designed for Fulton jacks with capacities ranging from 800 to 1,200, so this should be the correct set for your 1,000 pound model.
