I recommend getting the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Convex Mirror - Qty 2 # KS3891-2 for your 2022 Toyota 4Runner. There are no custom towing mirrors for your vehicle at the moment, but these universal ones are very good and we go through a lot of them since they will fit just about everything. The 7-3/4" tall x 5-1/8" wide convex mirror face also gives you a good amount of visibility. The ratcheting attachment straps also keep them from shaking with road vibrations, so I think you will be happy with them.

An Aerolite CUB 236. It’s just a bit too wide to see anybody behind me and the other Extensions I’ve been able to find are just junk.

@Jacob Cool camper! Any more trips planned for the summer? I hear you about there being a lot of not so great options out there. I can honestly say the K-Source # KS3891-2 is one of our most popular towing mirrors for vehicles that don't have a custom option available, if not the most popular. The ratchet straps that secure them to your mirrors do a very good job of holding them steady and the convex mirror surface gives you a very good view behind you. I think you will be happy with them. : )
