Question:
Thank you and I will call. But to follow up I had a similar rack in the kuat nv 2. Only it was limited to a 40 lb per bike. The radpowerbikes city step through see have are 65 lbs but with the 8 lbs or do battery removed would skTe under the 60 lb limit. I could use this one but have bikes that have front fenders. Can you recommend a shim or something to put between the tire and fender (plastic)? This one would be easier to load and perhaps I should take off the front fenders?

We have an e-bike rack that is rated for the rougher ride quality at the rear of travel trailers with the Kuat Transfer V2 # KU84FR but the Hollywood Racks RV Rider you mentioned is currently not rated for this application. The Transfer V2 though has a 60 lb per bike weight capacity and only touches the bikes by the tires so it's a really great and easy to use option. Check out the review video link I attached for more info as well.
