Question:
if I purchase a class three hitch for a 2020 Explorer without factory tow package, does the Explorer still have wiring available to plug into? If not do you have a wiring kit for the Explorer that does not have a factory tow package? Thanks!

Since your 2020 Ford Explorer does not have the factory towing package the trailer wiring harness you'll need is the Tekonsha part # 118599 which plugs inline with the taillights of the vehicle to give you a 4-way.
This would work great with the mostly hidden Class III etrailer hitch part # e29YR that you are considering.
I attached install videos for both the hitch and the wiring for you to check out as well.
