Question:

Will the Lippert screen door defender work in conjunction with the Lippert screen shot door closer? I would like to add both to my 30 inch Lippert screen door.

The Screen Defender Screen Protector part # LC92FR and Screen Shot Automatic Screen Door Closer part # LC730815 both mount in the same location so they most likely won't work well together. Therefore, you will need to choose between one or the other.

Even if the spare filler panels are not used ? That should allow plenty of space to fit the screen in…

@WickW I don't have a way of confirming if it will. Since they mount in the same location they most likely will not work together for that reason. How much room do you have in the area it would be installed on?

@NickS Enough room for the 4”extra insert panel if the SS wasn’t there . If the screen only pops into the tracks with the bottom tabs at the very bottom of the screen then I see no reason that Only the screen protector without the filler panels wouldn’t work ! I just want to make sure before I purchase one :)

@WickW The more I look at it, the more I agree with you, There shouldn't be an issue using both if the side panel is not used. It is difficult when they install in the same area to know 100%, since we haven't been able to try that out, but looking at both I think it will workout for you. Especially with the gap you have.
