Jamie was so helpful when I was trying to purchase the right door guard for my Camper. At first I wasn’t measuring correctly, she quickly guided me in the right direction. The Lippert screen protector and door handle bar were easy to install, look great, and perform like champs! I have been a fan of
etrailer for a few years, and plan on continuing for the rest of my trailering life.
Your products are great, and your services, packaging and delivery are also. I did make a mistake on the ordering got a service restock charge of $20.00 Normally I don't get charge for restocking but if that what it is I am not going
going to stop buy from because really like what etrailer doses.
Arrived broken. After opening and closing the door a few times the plastic panel will not stay on the frame of door. I kinda fixed the broken screen and now it looks like the cheap plastic filler will need a thin layer of two face tape to possibly hold the plastic filler in place. Typical of Lipert and there cheap quality. I gave two stars only because customer service and delivery went very well.

We have a NEW 2022 Atlas RV and it went in Very well, took 1 min. NO problem, clipped right in place, like a storm door screen. You must measure the INSIDE door Jamb for size. I called and talked with Kate who explained what to do WELL ! A GREAT Help !!! This type is the ONLY style that works if your RV steps fold up, to the inside of door opening. We added the one smaller extension to the bottom. Hope pictures show up good. A Nice firm screen protector "defender" for or two dogs! Worth every dollar ! Looks GREAT too! Built firm metal construction. WE love it ! The RV dealers need to have these on hand to sell on site !
It’s too narrow. I measured my door and it is 28” but this screen is too narrow. I guess I need a 30”.
Can I exchange it?
Fit perfectly and I have piece of mind knowing my dogs will not bust through the screen.

The screen itself is fine. I am having the same problem as lots of other reviews where the filler panels will fall out rather easily. Especially if the screen door is closed kind of hard or the wind catches it and closes it for you. I did find a workaround with a slight modification to the install instructions. I install in the channel closest to the screen itself. Then went to the hardware store and got a strip of aluminum 1/16” thick and 1/2” wide. I cut it to size to fit in the outside channel which prevents the filler panels from popping out when the door is closed. Approx $5.00 for the aluminum strip. For the price of this product I would sure hope they could come up with a better solution to hold the filler panels in place. Other than that it seems seems like a good solution to repeated screen replacements. Especially my dog.
