I have a Juiced Bikes - CrossCurrent X with fenders on front and back, will the fenders interfere with the arms securing the tires?

Racks of this type depend on having direct contact with the bike tires, and if a fender is in the way the bike won't be secure.
According to Inno, it will depend on the style of bike and how far down the wheels the fender goes. On mountain bikes that have the shorter fenders, the # INH120 wheel hoops will be able to make direct contact with the tires and not the fender, so it'll work fine with those kind of bikes. Beach Cruiser type bikes generally have fenders that are longer and would prevent the hoops from getting a reliable connection to the bike.
I looked at a photo of the Juiced CrossCurrent X online, and because the rear fender extends so far down the rear tire, the rear hoop wouldn't get a good grab on the bike and I'd recommend another option.
I'd recommend the Hollywood Racks # HLY84FR Sport Rider SE. The rack holds the bikes at the bottom of the tire and the bike frame top tube. Because your bike has an aluminum frame, a rack of this style would work great. The rack has a whopping 80 lb per bike weight capacity that will handle the 65 lb weight of your bike with ease. The rack can also be tilted rearward with the bikes in place for easy vehicle cargo area access. Keyed alike locks are included.
