Yakima High Roller Aero Bar Adapter

Hello I had just purchased a Yakima Highroller from a friend however the stock mounts do not fit my car. I have 2002 subaru outback impreza sport. What would be the recommended adapters so that this bike rack can fit my car. I have a stock roof rack along the sides with stock cross bars.

The adapter to change from a square bar to an aero bar on the High Roller is the Mighty Mount 39H Accessory Adapter part # Y03539. This will fit the original bolt and allow you to attach to your roof rack.
