The 2015 Ram 2500 Power Wagon is a 2500 short bed truck without the OEM rail kit so to install a fifth wheel hitch you'll first need a rail kit like the B and W Turnoverball rail kit part # BWGNRK1384-5W which is a confirmed fit which will then allow you to install the Companion slider hitch part # BWRVK3400 which will give you the clearance you need when turning and is referred to as the best hitch you can get due to how well it's made and how easy it is to use.
