The Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails - Aluminum - Black - 53-3/8" Long # C18118 can be used with the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs - Side Loading # TH898 on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Often people use slightly longer crossbars when using the Hullavator to give you more clearance from your vehicle, so I recommend you consider that because they suggest 4-8 inches of rail length past the feet/side rails.
If you want longer crossbars, I recommend using the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - 58" Long # MPG216. This will give you more clearance to help clear your side mirrors for easy loading.
