Hi, Can you provide the measurements for this item? The width and length of the plate along with the spacing of the holes are what I need to see if it will replace the one lost for my X-Cargo 7271 model carrier. Thank you.

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Replacement Plated U-Bolt Bracket # TH03918 to measure the dimensions.
Check out the video I attached to see these measurements.
5 inches long
1 inch wide
4 inches between the outer holes measured on center
3 inches between the inner holes measured on center
