Question:
Hello, I am hoping to see if there is any way to easily check what electric brake kit/drum/bearings my camping trailer requires. Is that something that can be determined with a model number for my camper? Thanks for the help.

The best way to determine the correct braking assemblies and hubs/drums for a trailer is crawl under one of the axles and read the tag. This tag will usually have the weight capacity of axle and this can then be used to help determine the correct braking assemblies and hubs/drums. The make and model of the camper does not give much insight on this contrary to popular belief.
If you have a 3,500 lb axle for example which is the most common then you'd need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA and the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K or part # AKHD-545-35-K.
I have attached a full list of options below.
