Air Bags For 2019 GMC Denali 2500HD With B&W Turnover Ball Installed

Can the Air lift #88338 air bag system be installed on my 2019 2500HD GMC Denali that has a BandW turn over ball hitch already installed? If yes, would there be any adaptions or altering of parts etc.....?

The Air Lift Air Bag system part # AL88338 can be installed with the B&W turn over ball instead but will most likely require drilling into the frame to attach the brackets.
I recommend Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2613 because the installation is easier and are designed of a better quality rubber compared to the other options. The Firestone bags will install without drilling with the B&W installed. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
If you don't mind extending the air lines to the cab and want to save a little money, I recommend Firestone Wired Control Compressor part # F2178 which has an analog display in the cab with a standard compressor which will work well for you.
