I am looking for a brake/tai/reverse light for my travel trailer that will accommodate a STL78RB reflector ring. Can you help

The # A78RXB snap on reflector ring you mentioned is only compatible with Optronics STL78 series taillights like the # STL78RB , none of which has the provision for a reverse lamp.
Your best bet would be to use a # STL78RB stop/turn/taillight and a separate reverse lamp like # BUL78CB which is a surface mount lamp like the # STL78RB.
