Question:

Is there a way to get dimensions of a hitch before I purchase. Need Class V 2 1/2 to fit 1975 International HD200. It is a dual wheel 1 ton dump. Frame 34 wide I have 9 clear from back edge then 6 wide spring mount bracket then clear for 18. Your site does not show my truck. It gave me a Curt #C15803. But I could not find any dimensions to verify fit. PLEASE HELP

The Curt # C15803 you referenced is only a fit for 2014-2018 Ram trucks so that isn't the correct fit.

Because you have a 34 inch frame, I recommend the Buyers Products Class 5 Service Body Hitch Receiver - 2-1/2" # 3373018538 which measures end to end 44 inches but then you will weld brackets at your required fit. For that hitch with 9 inch brackets, I recommend # 3371801052.

If you want to use a smaller hitch, there is a bolt on option in the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C14082 which has bolt centers 31-1/4" inches on center. This will require drilling of course since it isn't the custom fit for your truck.
