I have a model# RVB3500 hitch and was wondering if the head unit will fit onto a hitch for a 2018 Ford F-350 puck system

The B&W Companion head you already have is compatible with the Companion base for the Ford Factory Prep pucks. You will simply need the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty # BWRVB3300 if you have the long bed or if you have a rotating pin box.
If you have a standard bed 6-3/4 foot then you will want the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ford Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3370 for a standard pin box.
