Question:

The picture of the Curt 13703 dimensions show it is a 3” from where the hitch bolts to the frame To the top of the hitch tube. Is there an optional bracket to have a 4 1/2” from the top of the hitch tube to the bend in the frame bracket? I have a 2021 Grand Design 2800BH and the bumper is welded underneath the I beam frame with 4” brackets. So to clear the bottom of the bumper with the hitch it would need to at least 4 1/2”. Thanks

The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 is 3 inches down from the frame as you stated and as represented in the attached photo. We don't have a 4-1/2 inch bracket on any of our RV hitches so you'd be looking at a custom build from a fabricator. Instead, I recommend using the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100 that bolts onto your rear bumper to give you the hitch just below it.
