I checked with Torklift and the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7904 is a fit for both gas and diesel models of a 2020 Ford F-350.

For a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty, the Torklift Central site has an additional drop down box for gas or diesel, when ordering through etrailer, there is no gas/diesel box, why? Also, it is not specified if it fits a dually, other front hitches say no to duallys.

I can't speak to why TorkLift has the gas/diesel drop-down menu on their site but since the same EcoHitch # 306-X7904 fits both models of your F-350, there's just not a need on our end to have this same menu when picking out the right hitch. This will indeed fit on a dually model as well.
