Question:

Im look for upper and lower stabler load for my F350 ford. Im not too sure which ones I need, Upper TLA7200 or TLA7202. Lower TLA7311 OR TLA7310. Also I saw tool to help drill the lower leaf spring.

The correct set of TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrades for a 2015-2020 Ford F-350 is part # TLA7310 for the lower overload (if equipped) and part # TLA7200 for the upper overload (if equipped). There should be both an upper and lower overload spring on an F-350 so you should be good to go with the above.

There won't be any drilling required for either kit but there are some models that do require this.

Why do some springs have pre drilled holes?

There's no functional purpose to the pre-drilled holes on some leaf springs other than giving them the ability to be hung at the factory while being finished, etc. They do provide a really convenient mounting point for aftermarket components like the TorkLift StableLoad though!
