Are new. lock nuts required for these replacement 34007-187-00 wet bolts Ive ordered for the Dexter EZ Flex system ? Are they included in the bolts I have ordered ?

The Step Wet Bolt for 1-3/4" Double Eye Springs # 34007-187-00 are not included with the bolt.
You will want new lock nuts, and the correct part is the Replacement Flange Nut for Dexter Axle Trailer Suspension Kits # 006-092-01.
These are the exact replacement nuts for the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System # K71-652-00 as they have the same 7/16"-20 thread as the wet bolt. I've added a link to a video review for you as well.
