Yes! the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 # AL88399 attaches to the bottom of your 2020 Ford F-250's frame it will easily fit with most any gooseneck hitch you have installed in your truck to attach your fifth wheel hitch to. This installs by removing the jounce bumpers that the truck has now that prevent the truck from bottoming out and installs using the same attachment holes so it would not create any interference. The bags of this kit also have internal jounce springs as well so you don't lose that feature of your suspension.

It is not required but handy to have an on board compressor like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25980EZ this will very easily install on your frame and give you control from your phone or the included remote. It will eliminate you looking for a gas station with air or dragging out air hoses.
