Hi etrailer, Weve got a 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Will this hitch fit the vehicle with no drilling or modification?

The etrailer brand # e98858 Class III hitch is indeed a fit for all models of the 2013 Toyota Highlander. There aren't any fit exclusions. According to the installation instructions which I've linked for you, the passenger and driver's side underbody panels can either be left off after installation or trimmed to fit according to the instructions and photos I provided.

I've also linked to an installation video for an identical hitch. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a wiring harenss, a ball mount and the properly sized trailer ball. For wiring, use the # 118449. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
