Looking to buy 4 ea of the lift jack TJDP-70005-B. Does each come with the weld on female portion that swivels.

The Square Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w Footplate part # TJDP-7000S-B does indeed come with the pipe mount that gets welded to the trailer frame that the jack gets attached to and swivels on.
