Our most popular and the option I recommend for adding a Furrion Vision S RV Camera System to your pre-wired 2018 Palmino Solaire 202RB is the Furrion Vision S Camera System with Side Marker Light Cameras and 5 inch Screen # FCE48TASL-05.
The larger 5 inch monitor is capable of displaying up to 4 camera displays at once, so the rear camera, 2 side markers and an optional entry door camera # FCN48TASF. The smaller system with the 4.3 inch screen part # FOS43TASF that you were looking at, does not support adding any additional cameras.
If you'd like to start out with just the backup camera with the 5 inch monitor, it is available as kit # FOS05TASF, which still gives you the ability to add the side # FCE48TASL or entry door # FCN48TASF cameras in the future.
