Question:
I want to mount the Roma #59516 light kit to a Hollywood hitch rack for two ebikes. I see there are 2 bracket sizes to choose from 6 and 6 1/2 Ovals. I was going to order the 6” for the Rola light kit but I saw you recommended the 6 1/2 in one of your posts. Which bracket should I order for the #59516 light kit.

Expert Reply:
I recommend to use the 6-1/2" oval bracket part # BK70BB with the lights of the LED light kit part # 98174LED because the 6" oval will be a tight fit. They will fit perfectly into the 6-1/2" oval bracket with the grommets on the light. I have attached a photo for your reference. The brackets will require self tapping screws or zip ties to hold them on.
Another option is to use the Magnetic LED lights part # TLL21RK on the vehicle itself instead of trying to attach them to the bike rack. There isn't really enough space to use the MaxxTow lights on the Hollywood Bike Racks unless you hang them upside down from the bottom of the rack which would still require zip ties like I have shown in the attached photo. Putting the magnetic lights on the vehicle is simplest solution to the tail lights being blocked that won't require drilling into the bike rack or using zip ties. You may also need part # 3378895404 magnetic mounting plate if your vehicle is aluminum.
You will need a 4-Pole flat on your vehicle for both of these options so if you let me know your year, make and model I can recommend additional parts if you do not have a 4-Pole flat on your vehicle.
