Question:
Hi I need to order a complete brake assembly for a dexter 5200lbs axle it’s a 12” drum currently have dexter 023-459-00 on the trailer but I want to go with a Manuel adjusting assembly not the self adjusting like part number 23-106 in yalls store is there a problem with that? Also if that will work can you reply with the left hand side part number please? I’ll need 2 left hand side assemblies and 1 right hand side assembly

Part # 23-106 is a 12 inch manual adjusting brake that fits your drums. Even though it's listed for 6,000 pound axles it's still what you need on your 5,200 pound axles. It's the right hand side, like you mentioned and part # 23-105 is the left, or you can get the kit of them together with part # 23-105-106. Since you need three (whch I admit is a little strange since you should replae them in pairs) you could get the kit for tow of them and then an extra left hand assembly.
Everything is included except the mounting bolts. You can use part # BRKH12 for enought bolts to do two brakes or part # BRKH12S to do just the one.
I've linked a video for each part I linked for you.
